GLAMSUNLOVE operates two separate online shops so that we can optimally serve our customers in Switzerland and the European Union.
Our Swiss shop www.glamsunlove.ch is intended for deliveries to Switzerland. Orders are shipped from Switzerland exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Our EU shop is intended for deliveries within the European Union. We currently deliver to Germany and Austria; orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
This allows us to process shipping, prices, VAT, and the respective legal requirements in accordance with the destination country, ensuring that our customers do not incur any unnecessary costs.
If your delivery address is in Switzerland, please order via our Swiss online shop GLAMSUNLOVE.CH.
This EU shop is intended for delivery addresses within the European Union.
For delivery addresses in Germany or Austria, you can order directly here in our EU shop GLAMSUNLOVE.COM.
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
No. The product range may differ between our Swiss and our EU shop.
In the EU shop, we offer a selection specifically curated for our customers in the EU. Products you find in the Swiss shop are therefore not automatically available in the EU shop.
For deliveries to Germany and Austria, please use our EU shop GLAMSUNLOVE.COM.
For orders in our EU shop, the VAT regulations applicable to the respective delivery country apply. The prices displayed in the shop for private customers include the applicable VAT. Therefore, there are no additional import VAT or customs duties when you receive your order within the EU.
